Introduction

There are no real rules to follow when writing limericks. There is the rhyme and rhythm what gives them their canter. They are meant to be silly and meaningless banter. So hang on, we ain’t started yet. Not recommended for American children, on account there are rules there about what they call bad words and what not. But the poems are likely okay over here in German where there is not so much with censorship. We’ll see how Milo’s parents react.
