Panthers dream

All along the watchtower

Stone sphinxes always go for rock

The hero's best kept secret

All dragons are shape-changers

Bringing your ex an uzi, just in case

Playing hide-and-seek

At the after-funeral party

After last night's sea battle

What archangels hunger for

An apple soaked in brine

One-armed barbies and evil monkeys

A golem's god is made of clay

The price of freedom

Teenage witch

Robots bruise easily

Calling flesh meat

Spin, measure, cut: repeat

What makes a hit-man smile

Terraforming takes a long, long time

On becoming a super-villain

Dragons just like setting fires

The danger of fishing for angels

Mercury chic

The bar just before area 51

The taste of a roasted witch

Why I hate being the spring queen

The necromancer's lover

Decide before the next full moon

A spell to get your jilted lover back

After stepping off a dolphin

I see my dead sister standing

A princess, embroidering

Leonardo da Vinci's Bucket List

Rainbows are slippery

A cherub’s wing

The kings new magician

Kissing the scullery-maid

Panthers dream

of moving

sleek and swift

as a drop

of mercury,

rolling down

an infinite sheet

of black diamond.

When their eyes roll

behind closed lids,

they don't dream of the hunt,

never about

the crunch of teeth

meeting in the neck

of a wildebeest,

only of that perfect
